Booking and Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

We will require that a credit card be placed on file when booking 2 or more services or any service longer than an hour. 

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or you do not show up at your appointment time, you will be subject to a cancellation/ no-show fee of 50% of the service. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling our office at (201) 956-6304. 

I understand that Skin Suite Spa has a cancellation/no-show policy and that I will be charged for any appointment I cancel or miss with less than 24-hour notice. 

I understand that Skin Suite Spa does not overbook clients, my appointment time is set aside specifically for me. Skin Suite Spa reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the total service charge for each scheduled appointment that is canceled with less than 24-hour notice, as well as for no-shows.

I also understand that I may not be allowed to book future appointments if I habitually cancel appointments with less than 24-hour notice or no-show. 

I also understand that I will not be scheduled until any outstanding cancellation/no­show fees have been paid in full.
